Most Commercial Shoot/Event venues and construction sites are in Green or Yellow Zones, where we can fly easily with just a quick digital permit.

For most private spots like farmhouses or resorts, we usually just need a "thumbs up" from the venue owner. We handle the official flight logging on the government’s Digital Sky site. If your venue is in a tricky spot, just let us know a week early so we can double-check everything for you!

Drones and rain aren't exactly best friends! For everyone's safety, we don't fly in heavy rain or super high winds. If the clouds roll in, we’re happy to reschedule real estate or industrial shoots. For commercial shoots/events, we’ll pivot to our high-end ground cameras to make sure we don't miss a beat!

Of course! We think you should own your memories. We usually send over the raw 4K drone footage within 24 hours through a secure link. If you’ve picked a cinematic package, our editors will then jump in to work their magic and turn it into a polished film!
