1. Consultation & Strategy
The process begins with a detailed consultation via Phone or WhatsApp. We discuss your project requirements and provide a clear overview of our professional services to align with your vision.

2. Secure Your Session
To finalize your date, simply complete the booking form and settle the initial deposit (50% of estimate given). Please note that rescheduling or cancellation of a confirmed slot will incur a service fee of ₹5000.

3. Production Day
Experience a high-standard shoot executed by industry experts. We leverage 15 years of expertise to ensure we deliver the finest visual assets available in the market.

4. Punctuality Protocol
Time is a critical resource in production. We provide a 15-minute grace period for both our team and the client. Beyond this, a waiting fee of ₹3,000 per hour will be applied to ensure the day’s schedule remains on track.

5. Settlement of Fees
Full payment is required upon completion of the shoot on the same day. To ensure timely project progression, a late fee of ₹750 per day will be applied to any outstanding balances.

6. Initial Data Access
Once the final payment is cleared, we will share the jpeg image files via Google Drive, SendGB, or WeTransfer within 24 hours.

7. Image Selection
You will review the JPEG files and provide us with your shortlist (file names only) via WhatsApp or Email. To maintain image quality, please do not send the actual photo files back over WhatsApp.

8. Professional Retouching
Our post-production team begins the detailed retouching and final cross-checking process. This phase typically takes two weeks; please account for public holidays in this timeline.

9. Final Asset Sharing
The polished, retouched images will be shared via Google Drive. Please download your assets promptly, as the access link is valid for two working days.

10. Review & Approval
Once you approve the final edits, we will initiate the creation of any physical deliverables. We remain in constant contact via WhatsApp or Call during this stage.

11. Logistics & Delivery
Final photo albums or frames are delivered via courier. Please note that courier charges are borne by the client, or you may choose to pick them up directly from our location.

12. Long-Term Data Retrieval
All project data is stored locally for 72 hours post-shoot before being transitioned to a secure cloud server. Retrieval of archived data after this window requires a maintenance fee of Rs 7500, payable to the cloud storage provider.

13. Privacy & Exclusivity
We prioritize your privacy. A premium fee of ₹10,000 applies if you require full privacy folders (restricting use of the content in our portfolio). Please confirm this requirement before finalizing your transaction.

a) All images are The property of Ice Leopard Imaging. We can use these images for our own promotion material, social media etc.

b) If the client does not want the images to be published by us a flat fee of Rs 10000 will be charged. Pls confirm this before finalizing your transaction.
